Let’s start by checking the sound on your device.

A quick and easy way to test is to view any YouTube video to see if you get sound. If you do not get sound when listening, sound settings on your device are likely the problem. Please continue to follow next steps outlined below.

iOS Devices

One of the most common issues with iPhones and iPads is that the sound switch gets accidentally moved to the silent setting.

On an iPhone, the volume buttons and Ring/Silent switch are on the left side of the device. The buttons on other iPhone models are similar. On an iPad, the volume buttons and Side Switch are on the right side of the device.

If your silent switch is not enabled, try checking your volume settings. Here’s how:

Swipe upward from the bottom of your screen to display common settings.

If you have an iPad, tap the bell icon to see if your device is set to “mute.” If it is, tap it again, until you see “Mute: off.”

On both iPads and iPhones, swipe left to check the audio settings card. Check the volume bar to see if your volume is set too low. Tap and drag the toggle to the right to increase sound.

If after following these steps, you still don’t have sound, please try these extra steps to ensure your buttons are working properly:

Unlock your device. Some buttons don’t work from the Lock screen.

Check for debris or dirt around the button or switch and clean it with a soft cloth.

Remove all protective films and cases that might interfere with the button or switch.

Some devices are built for Wi-Fi use only, while others, such as smartphones, some computers, and tablets have both Wi-Fi, 3G and 4G LTE access.

Wi-Fi can also improve performance depending upon the strength of your Wi-Fi network.

Cellular is a good option for streaming Tranceform when you do not have access to Wi-Fi and you have an unlimited data plan on your cellular account. We recommend that you review your cellular data plan to familiarize yourself with your data usage limits. Please note, when streaming Tranceform using a cellular connection, you will be using data on your cellular plan.
